Emissions Advantage, LLC • Established for the specific purpose of providing program and technical assistance to those parties involved in developing and implementing diesel emission reduction programs. • Services focus on development of programs designed to fit specific needs, and complete management of program implementation. • EA’s three principals, Jerry Summers, Bruce Bertelsen, and Tom Timbario, collectively have over 85 years of experience in the vehicle emission control field, and have extensive experience with the development and implementation of diesel engine emission reduction and retrofit programs • Uniquely qualified to help design and implement diesel emission reduction retrofit programs. • Hands-on experience in the development and application of retrofit emission control technology, and implementation and operational support for low emission technologies in a wide range of fleet applications throughout the U.S. and Canada.

WRAP Retrofit Guidance Document • PURPOSE: • Provide guidance to WRAP members on the major elements needed to develop a well-structured retrofit program. • Introduce basic description of retrofit technologies and their fits with specific applications. • Provide summaries of current experience with retrofit technologies. • Currently envision two volumes: • I – Elements of Structuring a Retrofit Program • II – Retrofit Technologies, Applications and Experience • Provide updates to topical content, as appropriate and as meaningful information becomes available.
