  2. Methods • All patients undergoing PCN over 6 year period at Harrogate • 189 PCNs on 142 patients • 86 (60.6%) - benign • 56 (39.4%) - malignant • 62 (32.8%) antegrade stents • 6 failed antegrade stents • Malignant – 34% LT neph.

  4. Conclusions • PCN common procedure • No immediate complications • Lower survival in urological malignancies and in those with prior cancer treatment • Appropriate counselling important
