Stuffed Piquillo Roasted Pepper Recipe 1 3Kg can Maria Piquillo Peppers Bi Rite #399018 (approx 65 peppers) 2 lbs Bay Shrimp 5-7 heaping tbsp Mayonnaise 3 tbsp balsamic catsup or normal catsup will do 2 tsp Smoked paprika 4 tsp Tabasco 4 Green Onions finely chopped 1 cup diced cucumber Remove peppers from the can drain and pat dry. Mix shrimp and all the other ingredients and gently stuff the cavity in the peppers with the shrimp salad.
