Max: What I found most interesting was that someone could fall off the boat and drown. • Jackson: What I found most interesting was a person would shout “LOW BRIDGE” and people would scram off the deck. • Elim: I was shocked to find out that people died on the Erie Canal. • Kiersten: I found it interesting that the Erie Canal was dug by men with shovels.
