  5. LTCT proposed Contract changes • Biennial budget beginning of contract period. • Service Plans turned in at beginning of contract period.

  6. LTCT proposed Contract changes • Any changes to the LTCT school Calendar submitted to resident school districts with face to face conversation.

  7. SB 216 • This proposal would align the revenue and expenditure calculations.

  8. Target Students • Contact Cherisse at ODE if you have a Target student • Cherisse verifies that student is a target student • Student enrollment sent to Cherisse

  9. Common Student Assessment • Work group with members from LTCT’s school programs, YCEP, JDEP. • RFP proposals in group reviewing • Monies to pay for assessment will come out of ODE Title 1 N/D funds
