She lead the team of professionals, did corporate administration of a group of companies, regulatory compliance of payment institutions, post-acquisition integration of new entities, organizing board meetings, etc. She was always appreciated by her seniors, and earned promotion to the Head of Corporate Law within 3 years.
She has successfully managed the legal processes, litigation, and business transactions of the companies she has worked with.
