She has worked many professional lawyers, and learned how to represent clients, solve legal issues and related problems. She is a diligent person with exceptional team handling, communication, and problem solving skills.

  4. In 2002, Bindu Vethody joined a leading company in California as a Corporate Secretariat Manager. She lead the team of professionals, did corporate administration of a group of companies, regulatory compliance of payment institutions, post-acquisition integration of new entities, organizing board meetings, etc. She was always appreciated by her seniors, and earned promotion to the Head of Corporate Law within 3 years.

  5. She has successfully managed the legal processes, litigation, and business transactions of the companies she has worked with. She provided legal advice and supported legal issues, analyzed and identified legal risks and implications, negotiated and administered transactional documentation, contract agreements, settlements, and shareholder agreements.
