DATOS CLÍNICOS • A 75 year-old man attended the urologist with a tumour on his penis. • The patient indicated that the lesion had grown quickly in the last 6 months. • On physical examination the neoplasm had a verrucous-appearing surface with ill defined limits, measuring 3 x 1.5-cm, and affected the glans penis, sulcus, and foreskin
