โครงการลดระยะเวลารอคอยตรวจไฟฟ้าวินิจฉัย. สถานการณ์ก่อนนี้. มีคิวรอตรวจประมาณ 2-3 เดือน ( รอตรวจ 150+ คน ) ตรวจอาทิตย์ละ 2 วัน วันละ 5-6 คน แพทย์ 2 คน พชท 4 คน พยาบาล 1 คน. พยาบาลส่งคนไข้ไปห้องตรวจ 5-10 นาที. แพทย์ส่งตรวจ EDx 5 นาที.

  2. สถานการณ์ก่อนนี้ • มีคิวรอตรวจประมาณ 2-3 เดือน (รอตรวจ 150+ คน) • ตรวจอาทิตย์ละ 2 วัน วันละ 5-6 คน • แพทย์ 2 คน พชท 4 คน พยาบาล 1 คน

  3. พยาบาลส่งคนไข้ไปห้องตรวจพยาบาลส่งคนไข้ไปห้องตรวจ 5-10 นาที แพทย์ส่งตรวจ EDx 5 นาที เจ้าหน้าที่ห้องตรวจ นัดหมายวันตรวจ อธิบาย 5-10 นาที รอคิวตรวจ 2-3 ด คนไข้กลับไปตรวจห้องตรวจเดิม 10 นาที คนไข้ได้รับการตรวจตามนัด 30-60 นาที

  4. พยาบาลส่งคนไข้ไปห้องตรวจพยาบาลส่งคนไข้ไปห้องตรวจ 5 นาที แพทย์ส่งตรวจ EDx 5 นาที พยาบาลห้องตรวจ ตรวจ NCV 30-60 นาที คนไข้ได้รับการตรวจตามนัด(EMG) 30-60 นาที ลดคิวตรวจ <1ด คนไข้กลับไปตรวจห้องตรวจเดิม 10 นาที

  5. กลุ่มคนไข้ที่จะได้รับการตรวจกลุ่มคนไข้ที่จะได้รับการตรวจ • Screen polyneuropathy ก่อนให้ยา chemo • กลุ่มสงสัย CTS, cubital tunnel,tarsal tunnel syndrome • กลุ่มสงสัย polyneuropathy

  7. สถานการณ์ปัจจุบัน • สามารถนัดให้ได้ภายใน 1 เดือน
