Define Current SFU Learning Technology Context • Collate and summarize existing reports • Several good reports exist • Establish current “benchmarks” of eLearning usage and tools • Conduct survey if additional information is required
Review and Summarize Current Relevant Knowledge • Characterize LMS literature, reviews, etc. • Confer with other sites about their experience • Gather information about pedagogical utility/functional efficiency of various LMS and related tools solutions • Find out what process was used to select a specific LMS and what we might learn from that experience
