  2. 1. Diastasis (심박정지기) - 심장의 수축작용이 끝난 직후, AV valve open - 각 심방과 심실이 혈액으로 가득 차있는 상태 2. Atrial contraction - 심방 압력의 증가, 심실 용적과 압력의 증가 (심방의 혈액이 심실로 이동하므로) - AV valve open 3. Ventricular isometric contraction - 심실의 압력증가 (체적은 초기상태 유지) - 압력의 증가로 인한 AV value close (체적은 더 이상 변하지 않음) - 혈관압력 : Pulmonary Artery (from RV) - 7mmHg, Aorta (from LV) – 80mmHg - Aortic valve, Pulmonary valve는 충분한 압력이 형성될 때 까지 closed 4. Ventricular ejection - Ventricular Pressure가 Aorta 압력(80mmHg)을 초과하면 Aortic valve open - 최고압력이 125mmHg 정도에 달하면 심실 근섬유는 더 이상 수축을 못하고, 심실 압력과 aortic pressure가 떨어짐 5. Isometric relaxation - 심실압력이 충분히 떨어지면 aortic valve와 pulmonary valve closed - 심실압력은 계속 떨어지지만, 심방의 압력보다는 높으므로 심방으로부터 혈액이 흘러오지는 않음 6. Ventricular filling - 심실 압력이 심방압력보다 떨어지면 AV valve가 open되고 심실에 혈액이 차기 시작 - 심실이 최대 용량에 도달하면 혈액의 유압이 감소 (Diastasis) Mechanical Activity of the Heart
