  3. Introduction • Models • We will look at various approaches & understandings of leadership. • Leadership • We will gain a clearer understanding of what leadership is, and its essential components.

Introduction • Global - We will look at the state of the world today and gain knowledge of global trends, an appreciation for God’s created diversity, and understanding of how these impact leadership. • Context • We will look at the importance of context on leadership, and learn to become better cultural anthropologists in order to become better leaders.

  5. Introduction • Format of the course: • Eight units • Each week will require significant online interaction in response to two questions or projects • Final paper will be a research project that focuses on one country and how to best lead and minister in that context
