The math • To figure out my EKG, I divided 300 by the number of big boxes between the R-Waves and I got 54.54, so then I rounded it to the nearest whole number and got 55 as the heart rate.
The rhythm • I believe that my patient has a normal sinus rhythm because all of the P-waves are present, along with the T-waves. • Also, the R-waves are all the same length apart.
