  1. Java: Clear Cache &Turn Java Console “on” • Clear Java Cache • 1. Exit all Production ISAT applications2. From Start button laptop3. Click Start>Control Panel4. On Control Panel under See Also, click 'Other Control Panel Options'5. From 'Pick a Control Panel...' click IBM Control Panel for Java (TM)6. From the present panel under 'General>Temporary Internet Files' click 'View'7. You are presented with Java(TM) Cache Viewer8. Look for ISAT 806 Prod System and highlight and click delete9. Close10. Start ISAT again
