Dec 4 HITPC Results The Tiger Team's recommendations on Accounting of Disclosures were unanimously adopted by the Health IT Policy Committee with one addition • the Policy Committee is adding a recommendation that the Office of Civil Rights further explore whether patient requests for investigations of inappropriate access to their records are being  honored.   • the official transmittal letter completed Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology
