Rushmore, SD - Faces of 4 US presidents carved into the mountain that are more than 60 feet high. • Gateway Arch, MO – Tallest human made monument at 630 feet tall. • Crazy Horse, SD – Man made sculpture even bigger than Mt. Rushmore. • Other Unique Characteristics: Much of the land was formed by glaciers. Prairie covers most of the Midwest.
