  2. Provider Web Portal • Located on the Wyoming Medicaid Website • http://wymedicaid.acs-inc.com • Select Provider • Select Provider Portal (Left Hand Navigation Bar) • For Returning Providers enter User ID and Password • For New Providers, please follow the steps outlined in the next slide

Gaining Access to the Provider Web Portal • If you have not already enrolled to receive access to the Wyoming Medicaid Provider Web Portal, please follow these directions: • Fill out the Wyoming Medicaid EDI Enrollment Application and Agreement which is located on the Wyoming Medicaid website under Forms->Wyoming Medicaid – EDI Applications ->EDI Enrollment Application and Agreement • Once completed successfully, you will receive a Wyoming Medicaid EDI Welcome letter which will contain all the information you will need to register for the Provider Web Portal • Go to the Provider Portal Link and select the Web Portal Link under New Providers • Follow steps outlined to register for the Provider Web Portal • Directions on how to register are also outlined in the Wyoming Medicaid provider manual in Section 8.5.2.1

Provider Web Portal Services • The Wyoming Medicaid Secure Provider Web Portal delivers the following services • Submit claims • Upload claim attachments • Retrieve Remittance Advices • Submit “Ask Wyoming Medicaid” inquiries • Submit and retrieve Prior Authorization requests and responses • Perform LT101 Inquiries • Enter PASRR • User Administration • Create claim templates • Update provider demographics

  7. Navigating the Provider Web Portal: Attachments • Uploading a Claim Attachment • Enter Pay-to Provider ID • Enter Client ID • Enter Claim From Date of Service • Enter Claim To Date of Service • Enter TCN if you have it • Enter Attachment Control Number • Enter Attachment Type • Upload File

Navigating the Provider Web Portal: Remittance Advice • Enter NPI or Provider ID • Select Provider ID • The last 24 weeks of Remittance Advices will be available • Troubleshooting: If you are unable to access this area of the Provider Web Portal, please update or have an office administrator update your user privileges by going to Manage Users->Update or Remove Users.

  9. Navigating the Provider Web Portal: User Administration • Provider Tip: Always have more than one office administrator if possible. Only an office administrator can reset a password, or add, update or remove a user.
