Due to proximity to Gulf of Mexico, plants are highly salt tolerant or halophytic. Primary Grasses : Big blue stem, bushy bluestem, Inland sea-oats, Sugarcane plumegrass, Gulf cordgrass, Eastern gammagrass, Tanglehead, Bufflegrass.
