Advertise what you are doing. We used the SEN area of the weekly bulletin to update staff on the project. Timetable the Lesson Study well in advance. Use a planning grid to mark dates, staff and lessons for your cover manager. Use the equipment available Great for picking out individuals in certain situations. Short and well aimed bursts of the video camera
Outcomes Positive: Working with teachers Intervention specialist – see beyond 1:1 Behavioural patterns of all students: pairs etc Cross curricular work Targeted activities for MLD and other students – what worked well… How far can you differentiate? Individual education, class sizes. Settle on a compromise.
