A fizzy drink is occasional so please don’t drink it everyday because has a lot of sugar which damages your teeth 5. Eating healthy food keeps your teeth clean so you’ll always have a beautiful smile!!!!!
Keeping fit • Doing exercises make you strong bones and muscles • On the weekends try to play some sports like soccer with your friends to keep your body fit • Try to include your friends and family to play sports with you because it keeps them healthy and you too • Always do some warm-ups to get fresh and have a great day
