Fig. 8a: Sección axial a nivel de L3 donde se observan asas de intestino delgado de paredes engrosadas, con aumento de densidad de grasa mesentérica adyacente y estructura tubular en continuidad en fondo de saco ciego, con paredes igualmente edematosas. Aneurisma de aorta abdominal con trombo mural. Fig. 8b: Asa de delgado de paredes engrosadas y grasa mesentérica hiperdensa y la estructura tubular anteriormente descrita. Divertículo de Meckel complicado.
