Succession Planning • Building talent through flexible options to develop • individuals (Cunningham 2007). • Not “Job Titles” but key skills and behaviours • required to enable organisations to achieve its goals • and strategies (Guinn 2000). • A national approach towards key skills and • behaviours through education provision is necessary • at advanced practitioner level given the extensive and rapid change highlighted in BHBC (SGHD 2007).
