  3. College Mentors, Inc., is an innovative non-profit that pairs youth with local college student mentors for weekly activities that expose youth to the opportunities of higher education. College Mentors serves over 1,200 children with over 1,400 college student volunteers.

  4. Why CMFK? • Motivate youth to gain an understanding of the importance of college in their future • Focus on four main activity topics • Higher Education • Culture & Diversity • Community Service • Economics • Bonds build between mentor & little buddy that last a lifetime

  5. Where is CMFK? • Takes place ON CAMPUS • The little buddies come from their schools on buses and all activity takes place on campus • Don’t have to worry about travel! 

  6. When is CMFK? • One day/week • Both semesters of the school year • Monday, Tuesday, OR Wednesday • 3:00-5:15
