  4. How and What We Did/Do • Up to 12 Teams, better than individual, as can not do it self. • 2 practice, 10 real, 2 quizzes and Strategy. • Evaluated, BIE and Overall Benchmarks • Evaluated, Own Strategy.

What they did???? • Marketing; Price, Place, Promo, Products. • Operations/Production; Quality, Quantity, Location, • HR: Wage Rate, Bonuses • Finance: Debt, Fx, Equity, • Strategy had to balance all facets while considering the competition and environment that is changing • http://www.bsg-online.com/
