  3. Introduction • CC a cross cutting issue • Several initiatives are currently launched: • TNC • LECB programme / UNDP • FIRM programme / UNEP • CCC / GIZ • PMR / WB • Ensuring synergy between the different programmes to optimize available resources. • Strengthening inter-agency coordination

  4. 4 Approaches for Institutional arrangements • Building on existing initiatives • Strengtning existing institutional structures: CNCC • Bringing together instituions working together on CC, NAMAs and LEDS: A Technical Steering Committee • Involving academia and scientific community (relevant data and national emission factors)
