  3. Migration Schedule • Week 1 (4/27 – 5/1): Upload you logo, begin customizing your forms, begin adding your premiums. Group training on form basics. • Week 2 (5/4 – 5/8): Confirm any custom fields needed, finish adding premiums needed for your primary form. 1:1 Conference call to go over your questions. • Week 3 (5/11 – 5/15): Run a few test pledges. Download a donation report and test uploading to your member database. Confirm your launch date. Group training on test payments and reports.

Changes from Quick Pledge • No More Batch Files (Download Reports to update your database – Training #2, week 3) • Matching Gifts: Handled on Thank-You screen • Sage Processing: Cards charged automatically. • Manage Payments within Marketing Forms Admin (view payment status, issue refunds – Training #2, week 3) • Adding/Removing Fields: Work with NPR DS for now • Streamlined/mobile-friendly responsive design

Week 1 Tasks • Add you logo/tagline/contact info • Begin adding your premiums • Confirm time for your 1:1 call next week • Clone template to use as your primary form: • Add custom text/description if needed • Review form with membership team, identify any additional fields are needed & send to Sara

  7. Accessing Your Forms • Your forms will live at http://donate.nprstations.org/YOURSTATION • To login, add /user to the end: http://donate.nprstations.org/YOURSTATION/user

Adding Your Logo • Logos should display well on a white background • Square orientation works best • Mobile view shrinks logo to 74 x 34 px • .jpg, .gif or .png • No spaces in the filename Go to APPEARANCE >> NPR DIGITAL SERVICES to upload new logo • Station name, email & phone entered here will be visible to donors

Viewing & Cloning Form Templates Your site is pre-loaded with several form templates: • Choose a template that most closely fits your needs, and click “clone” then hit “clone” again to confirm • Give your cloned form a new name • Scroll down and hit “save” to add new form to you list In Edit view of any form you may: • Manage ask amounts • Add/Edit form title & description • Add/Remove payment methods • Manage premiums displayed on that form

  11. Adding Premiums • Go to STORE>>PRODUCTS to manage premiums • To add new premium, click on ADD PRODUCT>>ADD FUNDRAISING PREMIUM • SKU: Unique ID for each premium • Title: Name of premium. Will display on form. • Price: Minimum donation amount needed • Description (Optional): Appears on form after donor selects premium • Attributes(Optional): Options related to premium – size, color, etc. • Image: .png, .gif or .jpg. Square images work best. 700 x 700 max size. • Max Quantity: If donor can order more than one, how high the quantity menu should go.
