Heat Pipe Exchanger And Heat Pipe Top Manufacturers

Heat pipes are a low cost solution to the cooling problem, but they are very effective and have great potential as volume requirements and power levels increase. MANIKS, a Seventeen year's young organization, headed by a group of technocrats, emerged with a vital directive of presenting state of the art products and services in the field of Energy Savings.

  2. About Us • Maniks is the most reputed Indian brand with a history of 30 years for manufacturing reverse jet pulse valves used in bag-filter applications and the sequential timers used in conjunction with them. These are used in dust collector equipment for cement, steel and such other industries. The company was started by Mr. ShekharKulkarni, an IIT Mumbai alumnus, with a vision to substitute imported products with Indian make products. The primary aim was to produce reliable products with excellent quality and service. http://www.maniks.com

  3. Introduction • What is Heat Pipe Exchanger ? • Specifications of Heat Pipe Exchanger • Working of Heat Pipe Exchanger • Heat Pipe Exchanger • Main features of Heat Pipe Exchanger • Applications • Why Maniks’sHeat Pipe Exchanger ? • Maniks Client http://www.maniks.com

  4. Heat Pipe Exchanger • What is Heat Pipe Exchanger ? Heat Pipe Exchanger is a simple device which is used to transfer heat from one location to another, using an evaporation-condensation cycle. Heat pipes are referred to as “superconductors” of heat due to their fast transfer capability with low heat loss. It is a self-contained passive energy recovery device. A heat pipe can transfer up to 1000 times more thermal energy, than copper, the best known conductor http://www.maniks.com

  6. Heat Pipe Exchanger • Working of Heat Pipe Exchanger Hollow cylinder filled with a vaporizable liquid under vacuum. The Heat Pipe functions as follows Heat is absorbed in the evaporating section. Fluid boils to vapor phase. Heat is taken away from the upper part of cylinder to the environment; then vapor condenses to liquid phase. Liquid returns by gravity force to the lower part of cylinder (i.e. evaporating section). When heat is added to the evaporator section, the working fluid is boiled and converted into vapor absorbing latent heat. . http://www.maniks.com

  7. Heat Pipe Exchanger • Benefits of Maniks Heat Pipe Exchanger Water Heater: Heat is absorbed in the evaporating section. Fluid boils to vapour phase. Heat is released from the upper part of cylinder to the environment; vapour condenses to liquid phase. Liquid returns by gravity to the lower part of cylinder (evaporating section). http://www.maniks.com

  8. Heat Pipe Exchanger • Hot Gas to Liquid Heat Pipe Heat Exchangers : This heat exchanger resembles Air to Air unit, only difference is liquid/water tank is provided at the condensation section to preheat liquid / water. Maniks heat pipe heat exchanger can recover up to 85% of exhausted thermal energy. However under ideal conditions the thermal efficiency of an economic system ranges between 55 to 70% and saves millions of BTUs year after year. http://www.maniks.com

  10. Heat Pipe Exchanger • Heat Pipe Exchanger Applications • Waste Heat Recovery from Air Conditioners • Heat Pipe Air Preheater for Boilers • Waste Heat Boilers to Recovery Heat • Heat Recovery at the Kiln Furnace • Spray Drying http://www.maniks.com

  11. Heat Pipe Exchanger • Why Manik’sHeat Pipe Exchanger ? After reaching the condenser section, due to partial pressure build up, the vapor transforms back into liquid thus releasing latent heat. From the condenser section, heat is taken away by means of water cooling / air cooling with fins etc. The liquid condensate returns to the original position through the capillary return mechanism, completing the cycle. Due to very high latent heat of vaporization a large quantity of heat can be transferred. http://www.maniks.com
