Pulse Jet Valve what is it? Why it is called Dust Collector? Why you need it! General Pulse Jet Valve Description: Maniks has developed Pulse valve and Pilot Valve for reverse pulse jet bag filters, offering precisely engineered product of market need. Pulse Valve has just one moving part, the diaphragm. The unique springless construction provides fast opening and closing of the valve. The high speed operation besides saving of compressed air helps to provide shock air wave for dislodging of dust from filter bags. High flow, long life and fast diaphragm action produce reliable and economical operation. Operation of Pulse Jet Valve: Maniks pulse jet valves are operated by integral pulse solenoid valve pilot operator. When the solenoid valve is energized, the trapped air above pulse valve diaphragm is quickly exhausted causing fast opening of main diaphragm valve. When the pilot valve is de - energized , air escapes through bleed hole of main pulse valve to balance the diaphragm pressure and instantly closes the valve that’s why it is called as pneumatic pulse valve.
1.Duty Cycle of Pulse Jet Valve: The relative duty time cycle for ac voltage is 20% and for DC voltage is 10 % .This implies energized time is maximum 1/5th of de-energized time for AC and 1/10th for DC voltage. 2. Installation of Pulse Jet Valve: Mounting in any position will not affect operation. However good engineering practice is to avoid scale and condensed water entering pulse valve body for trouble free performance . Standard end connections of BSP are provided i.e. pneumatic pulse valve. Working Principles of Pulse Jet Valve The electromagnetic pulse valve is composed of electromagnetic pilot operator, diaphragm and solenoid valve body. Due to difference of pressure acting on two sides of the diaphragm, the diaphragm is pressed closely against the outlet of pulse jet valve to keep the valve stays in “closed” position. When energized by an electric signal from the controller, the electromagnetic armature will move to open the discharge opening of back cavity. The compressed air in back cavity bursts out to relief pressure and pressurized air in front cavity pushes up the diaphragm to open the main outlet of pulse jet valve, then the electromagnetic pneumatic pulse valve opens and starts to blow. When the signal disappears and the spring works immediately to send the pilot operator back to its original position and close the discharging opening. The diaphragm will close the passage by the effect of the pressure in the front cavity and the spring. The pulse jet valve stops blowing. The orifice in the diaphragm damps the airflow when the armature is lifting up for releasing the pressure. When the discharge hole closed, the pressure gas will fill into the front cavity to close the passage by the diaphragm. The pneumatic pulse valve stops blowing.
Why our Pulse Jet Valve is better than others : What is our specialty? The first and the foremost specialty of Manik's Pulse Jet Valve is its reduced cost of ownership because of less duration for downtime and lower air consumption. Available spool kits are more than enough especially during maintenance of the system. The seals are composed of wide range of compounds like Vitron, Nitrile and Proprietary Compounds. For effective wash down purpose they are environmentally sealed. The secret of the longevity of Manik's pulse valve is its bonded pool design. Airline contamination is avoided because of the balanced pneumatic pulse valve construction. Features of Pulse Jet Valve: Springless Design, Reliable Function, Higher Performance, Epoxy coating, superior corrosion resistance, Ease of maintenance, no rust jamming, Lower power consumptions, higher diaphragms life , Ease of installation

Application of Pulse Jet Valve Electromagnetic pulse valve, also called diaphragm valve acts as a “switch” for compressed air in the dust clean blowing system for pulse bag filters. It is controlled by the electric signals from the pulse-jet control device. This system cleans the filter bags cluster by cluster with high-pressure blowing to keep the pressure resistance of the baghouse within a pre-set range, and thus ensure the processing capability and the dust-collecting efficiency of the baghouse. Special Services We offer special service for your existing system components for pneumatic pulse valve application, to recondition your inoperative valves and assure operating reliability as good as new . DO NOT scrap your valves (ONLY IMPORTED) unless inspected by our experts. We offer SPARE DIAPHRAGMS , PILOT SOLENOIDS and COILS for your EXISTING IMPORTED VALVES. We provide special enclosures for timers such as flame proof enclosures , SS enclosures , FRP enclosures , IP65 enclosures on request. We also cater to special requirement such as flame proof enclosures for pulse solenoid valves. About us For reverse pulse jet pack filters, Maniks has developed pulse and pilot valves and it has been coined as per the market demands. For rapid open and close of the valve the spring less design is responsible and is rarely found in other Pulse Valve brands. The highly compressed shock air waves are used for blowing away the dust from the filter bags thereby keeping it clean and neat.
