  1. iQuote Replacing DPS in F’10 • Purpose: • To increase efficiency and effectively through accurate product and pricing configurations. • Process:In 2006 work began to replace the static spreadsheet (DPS) with a continuously updated online tool. Include a Configuration Wizard to accurately configure products along with pricing programs and contracts. Base additional features and development priorities on distributor input. Retire DPS at the end of F’09 to focus on iQuote. • Payoff: • Efficiently provide solutions to our customers though: • Real-time data – i.e., new models, pricing or rebate changes/corrections • Built-in configuration rules for better accuracy – no more old/outdated price files or costly errors • Advanced quoting capabilities – store history, save quotes to avoid re- keying for rebates, etc. • Analysis of quote activity – profitability, close rate, etc... 1

  2. iQuote: Today • Adding customers (some distributors are opting to use only _Demo customer) • Changing/Adding product configurators • Adding State Contracts – working with Pete Whitacre to add these and other • distributor specific contracts • Adding corporate accounts – working with Nancy Stratton to add these customers

Contract Price Calculation (1.3.1) Current Method Award Price = DNET * % AwardExample: $10,000 x 111.71% Issue: Rounding error, price off by a few cents New Method (to be released on 10/28) Award Price = MSRP x (100% - % discount off MSRP)Example: $20,000 x (100% - 15%) Benefit: Eliminates rounding error

  11. Review Quote Page: Upload Allied from Spreadsheet (1.3.1) Upload multiple allied products to quote instead of always entering 1 at time

  12. Review Quote page:Add Tax (1.3.1) Distributor request feature: apply sales tax %
