Potato for Skin Pigmentation : • Potatoes contain vitamins, B-Complex, potassium, magnesium, zinc and phosphorus. It has inbuilt skin lightning properties. • Cut potatoes into slices. Rub the slice in circular motion on your skin for 10 minutes. If you feel the potato slice is dry, use another slice.
Papaya For Skin Pigmentation : • Papain, better known as papaya proteinase, is an enzyme found in this fruit that helps in skin exfoliation. The process of regeneration of new cells occurs when you go for a papaya treatment. • Take a ripe papaya and juice it. • Apply the mixture on the pigmented area and leave it for 10 minutes. • Once you find the mask dry, wash the skin. Repeat this process for a month to achieve positive results.
Aloe Vera : • Known as the natural sunscreen, aloe vera's antibacterial nature soothes inflamed skin . • Just cut open a fresh leaf and extract some fresh aloe vera gel. • Apply a layer of this gel on your underarms and let it dry for about 10-15 minutes. • Rinse with water and use this therapy every alternate day for good results. • You can always use the organic aloe vera gel available in the market if you can't find a plant.

Red Onion : • Onions are an excellent source of vitamin C,an antioxidant that red onion can be used for treating pigmentation • Slice the red onion.Take a slice and start rubbing the affected areas on your skin with it. • Wait for 10 minutes and then proceed to rinse with lukewarm water. • Optionally, you can grate the onion, squeeze out its juice, and apply the juice onto the affected area. Twice a day until you notice improvement.
Almonds for Skin Pigmentation: • Almonds are great sources of vitamin E,which is also called the skin vitamin. The vitamin is a powerful antioxidant which helps treat skin pigmentation • Leave the almonds in water to soak overnight. • grind the soaked almonds to a smooth paste. You may add a little milk to the mixture if it is not smooth enough • Add the rest of the ingredients to the almond paste and mix well. • Apply this mixture onto the affected areas of your skin.Leave it on overnight. • In the morning, rinse with cold water.
