Assemblies • BMS has one CAP assembly each month. • Students who have shown excellent character, achievement, and pride are eligible to win prizes. • All the CAP assemblies have entertainment, such as: • Deal or No Deal • Hula-Hoop Contest • Talent Show • Minute to Win-It • Waffle Eating Contest • Faculty Dodge Ball • Olympic Relay • Red Ribbon Skits • Red Line Racing

  14. Arts Alive!! • Quilt Projects • 8th grade students enjoy learning the history of quilt making. Each student created their own quilt block. • Georgia O’Keefe/Thomas Hart Benton Exhibit • 8th grade students traveled to the Frist Center in Nashville TN to see first hand the artwork of Ms. O’Keefe and Mr. Benton. • VSA Dance Grant • A creative dance program for 6th grade students. Conducted by dance specialist Karen Balzar & VSA coordinator, Valera Brooks.
