Continued … • Follow Up • Make sure Action Items are done • A PHR Field Audit form is included in the Template • If conditions change, a new / revised PHR may be needed • NOTE: no two PHR’s are ever EXACTLY the Same • The same job done a different day usually has some different hazards • A similar job, done in a different place, on a different day, with a different crew may have very different Hazards and Controls • Always remember … “It depends on the circumstances”
