  1. FonePaw iPhone Data Recovery How to Manage Photos on Photo Stream What is 'Photo Stream'? Photo Stream is a feature without using iCloud that gives access for iOS users to most recent 1000 photos on all your devices that enable Photo Stream, such as iOS device, Mac or PC. Photos in 'My Photo Stream' are saved on the iCloud server for 30 days. You can upload 1,000 photos to My Photo Stream per hour, 10,000 per day, or 25,000 per month. Better yet, Photo Stream doesn't use up your iCloud storage. Does it sound cool? It's indeed as cool as you expect. If you have no idea of Photo Stream, don't shoot in the dark anymore. Please check out the tutorials below and see how to manage this feature. However, I'd like to tell you in the first place that when using Photo Stream, steps are a bit different if you've enabled iCloud Photo Library at the same time. Please mind the notes after each instruction. Note that this guide is for people who don't store photos in iCloud but do want to view those pictures on another/other device(s). Tutorial 1: How to Enable/Disable Photo Stream on iOS Device? Photo Stream is subject to iCloud Photo Library. However, if you don't store images on iCloud for reasons like having no enough storage but still wish to check out all photos on other devices. Photos Stream should meet your desire. Please learn your way around and turn it on your iPhone/iPad. Step 1. Click to launch the "Settings" app on your iOS device. Step 2. Scroll down and tap on the "Photos & Camera" option. Step 3. Toggle on the bar after the "My Photo Stream", so new photos will be synced with devices when connected to Wi-Fi. Step 4(Optional). Enable the "Upload Burst Photos" option. However, only favorite burst photos will be uploaded to your Photo Stream. Note that you can choose to keep or remove all photos in Photo Stream when toggling off "My Photo Stream". Tutorial 2: How to Access Photo Stream on iPhone/iPad? When you have followed the steps above and enable Photo Stream on iOS device, you can now access those images via the following steps. 2. FonePaw iPhone Data Recovery Step 1. Launch the "Photos" app on iPhone/iPad. Step 2. Tap "Albums" on the lower right corner of the screen. Step 3. Tap on the "My Photo Stream" album to view photos. If you have iCloud Photo Library enabled, all new pictures will appear in the All Photos section of the Photos app. Note that you won't see an album called "My Photo Stream" if you've enabled the "iCloud Photo Library" feature. Tutorial 3: How to Delete Pictures from Photo Stream? Photo Stream will automatically upload your pictures to the "My Photo Stream" album when enabled, so there might be some of photos you'd like not to show up in the album. In that case, you can delete unwanted photo(s) from Photo Stream, which would also be removed from all the devices. Now, let's check how to delete photos. Step 1. Open "Photos" app on the device. Step 2. Select "Albums" at the right bottom. Step 3. Tap on "My Photo Stream" to view all the photos. Step 4. Tap "Select" on the top right corner. Step 5. Choose one or multiple images as you like. Step 6. Select "Trash" icon on the right of the screen and confirm "Delete Photos". Note that if "iCloud Photo Library" is on, you might have to navigate to all photos and delete unwanted photo(s) entirely. FonePaw Technology Limited 2

  3. FonePaw iPhone Data Recovery In the case that you lack of iCloud storage to store photos or don't want to upgrade your iCloud storage, Photo Stream is definitely worth a shot. FonePaw Technology Limited 3
