  3. Leonardo Da Vinci was a famous painter,an architet,a scientist,a writer,a sculptor,an engeneer and a doctor. He was born on 15th April 1452 in Anchiano. His father was Piero Da vinci and his mother was Caterina. His father married four times and Leonardo had twelve brothers and sisters. Leonardo went to Andrea del Verrocchio’s shop. Sandro Botticelli was there too.

  8. the last supper In 1495, Leonardo painted The last supper on the wall of the refectory in Santa Maria delle Grazie Church in Milan. It represents the last Christ’s dinner

  9. Leonardo also drew projects for war machines, water systems , airplanes, earthmoving equipment. He wrote a lot of notes and sketches but no one was able to understand all the drawings. He died on 2nd May 1519 in France
