Process Improvement Teams (PITs):Functions • Process Owners Represent the Staff from their Department • Achieve Consensus on Proposed Processes • Process Manager Takes PIT Recommendations to Project Management Team for Approval • Conduct the Implementation of their Process
Project Management Team:Function • Project Manager Leads the Project Team • Just as Process Managers Lead the PITs • Approves PIT Recommendations • Or Sends Back for further Work • Integrates the Process Improvements • And Resolves Conflicts between Processes
