Brainstorming Process • Define and agree on the objective. • Brainstorm ideas and suggestions having agreed a time limit. • Categorize/condense/combine/refine. • Assess/analyze effects or results. • Prioritize options/rank list as appropriate. • Agree action and timescale. • Control and monitor follow-up.

Problem • Secure a meeting place for a company seminar create a budget of costs in Excel • Report the arrangements for the seminar in a memorandum to all employees • Create a spreadsheet /database of employee contact info and yearly salary • Create a spreadsheet (bi-weekly payroll register) • Create a PowerPoint slideshow show ideas and products such as logo, ID badge, financial data and information regarding the seminar.
Presentation of Project • Each student will present orally • Documents will be presented in a folder • If a group member is absent, they need to make up work missed
