System of governance -OverviewGeneral governance requirements:- Article 41 • Proportionate to the nature, scale and complexity of operation • Adequate structure with clear allocation/segregation of duties • Written policies, prior approval by Board and annually reviewed • Continuity of operations and contingency plans
