Contract Status • Ohio School Consortium Program • Current Contract - $.055 kWh for generation • Contract expires December 2013 billing cycle • Monthly roll over with price adjustment on 30 day notice • Strategic \ Direct Energy Program • Rates differ by Ohio Power class – target set method • Current Contract expires May 2014 billing cycle • Standard Service Offer – ranges by class $.07 to $.10
Expected Future Electric Prices • Distribution – Increase in the Distribution Riders • Significant Increase in the PJM capacity cost for PJM year 2014, 2015 and a decrease 2016 • Energy cost stable – unless there is a run up in natural gas prices
