  2. FAQ - Flight Booking How can I reschedule my flight booking? Domestic Booking • You can make changes to the flight reservation by logging into My Bookings. Please follow the steps mentioned below. • Log in to My Bookings,Clickon 'Reschedule' to start the rescheduling process • Choose the booking, select the passenger and route for which you want to reschedule and the new travel date. • Click on 'Book Now' to select the preferred flight. On the same page, you can see the amount that will be adjusted towards your new booking. • Before you proceed with payment, kindly ensure that the date, passenger and route details are correct.Kindlyfinish the payment to complete the reschedule flow. Once bitrecharge has successfully received the payment, we will book your reservation and email the new ticket on your registered email id. International Booking • Please click on Contact Us and allow us to help you.

  3. How do I print my e-ticket? • You can print your flight tickets from My Bookings. Please find below the steps • Log in to My Bookings • On your Dashboard - click on Print Ticket • Select the booking and Print your ticket. How much is the convenience fees for flights? • We charge a marginal convenience fee on every transaction, which varies by no. of passengers traveling and the travel sector. Do I get any refund if I cancel my ticket? • No, as we have mentioned in the terms and conditions, monument ticket can't be rescheduled or cancelled.

  4. How do I cancel a flight reservation? • You can cancel your tickets by logging into 'My Bookings'. Please find below the steps for cancelling an e-ticket: • Log in to My Bookings • On your Dashboard - select the Cancel option • Choose the booking and click on Cancel to start the cancellation process.  • Select the passenger and route you wish to cancel • View cancellation charges and select the refund mode. • Review your selection and proceed to cancel that booking. Do I have to pay anything extra at the airport or in flight? You have to pay only if: • You are carrying excess baggage. • You purchase a meal during the flight • You request a special seat

How do I get an invoice for my booking? • You can get a copy of the booking invoice by simply logging intoMy Bookings section and clicking on Print Invoice.T his option is available for all types of booking, except package holiday booking (domestic/ international). How do I get my payment receipt? • Every time a payment is charged we send the payment receipt to your email id. How do I know if my flight time has been changed? • In the case of a change in the flight timings, the airlines will get in touch with you. However, we suggest you check directlywith the airlines, as last minute changes are possible.

Do I have to show my e-ticket confirmation email at the airline check-in counter? • Yes, you will have to show either the e-ticket confirmation email or the print of e-ticket at the airline check-in counter. Do I need to print the ticket again incase of partial cancellation? • You are not required to take the print again, as ticket details for passengers travelling remain same. How can I get Invoice using bitrecharge's booking reference number? • You can view/print your invoice without signing in, by simply going to My Bookings section under My Account. • On right side of login page enter bitrecharge Booking Reference number and registered Email address, to access the required details.
