Partner with the U.S. Army • Selected as RCI partner for Forts Meade, Bragg, Polk, Rucker, Riley, Sill and Aberdeen to own, develop, redevelop, operate, maintain, and manage family housing for 50 years • Assumed operations for housing in 2002 at Fort Meade, Maryland. • Hired more than 550 local employees at six installations • End-state will be 25,000 new and renovated homes

Picerne Military Housing:Our Vision for Our Neighborhoods • Neighborhood Center in each neighborhood • Range in size from approximately 8,000 to 16,000 square feet • Center features the following amenities: pool, exercise center, multi-purpose room, kitchen, computer room and outdoor activity facilities
