Meet the Team! Meet IFL Sports Division Commissioner Lee Rouson Two-time Super Bowl Champion NY Giant Meet IFL Founder and President Reverend Michel Faulkner
IFL stands for the Institute for Leadership Non-profit organization whose mission is to assist individuals in positions of leadership in applying Biblical wisdom and principles to their planning and decision making.
The IFL has four “Divisions” • Family Life and Enrichment • Sports Outreach • Business Leadership • Education
The IFL Sports Division This division of the IFL will help to build strong communities and strong leaders, and raise funding for community-based organizations that share these same principles.
That’s why our theme is “We’re going to the Super GOAL!”
1/3 will support ministries who are influencing high school, college and pro athletes and coaches
1/3 will support leadership and organizational development of IFL coaches, players and other volunteers.
How the IFL Sports Division is structured and how you can help:
There will be several geographic leagues. In each league: 32 Teams
Each team will have • 1 Head Coach • 10 Assistant Coaches • 100 Players
What is the responsibility of each important IFL position?
