Mindset Defined • FIXED Belief that basic abilities, intelligence and talents are fixed. Only a certain amount exists. Less likely take criticism well. Can prevent important skills development and growth. It can sabotage your health and happiness. • GROWTH Abilities and talents can be developed through effort, experience and persistence.
