This job is for the final fixture of 4 similar ones. The assembly for the first fixture is shown in the following slides, but everything applies for this one. Important tolerances and critical features for the sector chuck are highlighted. Machining sequence and parts list are provided.

  2. This job is for the final fixture of 4 similar ones. The following slides show the assembly for the first fixture, but everything applies for this one. As with the last two one of the pipe fittings is 1/8 NPT, see page 7. The first fixture of this series was built with one of the diamond pins oriented incorrectly. See page 6 for correct orientation.
