19. It’s time to gather some supplies! • Click to register at goDigitalScrapbooking.com and receive a FREE welcome kit full of digital scrapbooking supplies. (Note: you need an internet connection to do this and a new window will take you to our website to register). • We’ll show you how to download this free welcome kit in a later step. 20. Download some software… • You can download a free trial version of Adobe Photoshop Elements here. This software together with your own photos and the welcome kit of supplies is what you will use to make digital scrapbook pages. • Most digital scrapbook supplies will come in compressed .zip format so you will need a small bit of software that will uncompress the zip files once you’ve downloaded supplies. 21. Download FREE supplies… • On your computer, click Start > My Computer. Browse to “My Documents”. Click File > New > Folder and type in “Supplies” to create a new folder to store all your digital scrapbooking supplies. • Open up your email program and you should have an email from goDigitalScrapbooking.com welcoming you to our site. The email will include a link to download a compressed zip file full of supplies. Click on the link and you will be asked to download the file onto your computer. Creating your first layout… • Once you have installed Photoshop Elements and have downloaded our welcome kit, it’s time to make your first digital scrapbooking layout. • goDigitalScrapbooking.com has many tutorials to help you get started as well as sharpen your digital scrapbooking skills. 27. Enter Info about your layout… • Fill in the Title and Description fields and then “welcome kit” in the GDS Store Item Used. Then click Process button. Mouse Click=Go Forward Left Arrow=Go Back ESC=Exit

28. Sit back and wait for comments • After you upload the layout, click the Gallery menu at the very top of the page and you’ll see your new layout was added to the Gallery.
