Out of these results we can infere some GENERAL CONCLUSIONS: • Most of the surveyees “absolutely agree” in that: • creativity can be APPLIED IN EVERYTHING (equally in both private as well as professional life) • it OPENS OUR MIND and emotions, • it fosters EFFECTIVENESS in our work and • MOTIVATION of employees. • These people like NEW CHALLENGES and new situations, and think that creative individuals feel HAPPIER.
They “agree” in that: • people need TIME to be creative, • they like DIFFICULT situations outside the daily routine • they normally find CREATIVE solutions in their jobs.
They more “absolutely disagree” • with the necessity of experiencing new IMPULSES and new SITUATIONS every day • with the INSPIRATION of others to be creative.
