Types of Elections • General Election- An election in which representatives are chosen in all constituencies of a state • Open Primary- An election in which any registered voter may participate • Closed Primary- An election in which only members of a political party may participate • Runoff Election- An election used to fill vacant positions in between regularly scheduled elections.

  9. How can I best become a positive member of society? • Become Educated • Attend College • Being Employed • Getting a job to support myself
