Linda Allen, a certified nutritionist, health consultant and author, has published the e-book Yeast Infection No More which claims to have helped thousands of Candida suffers reclaim their health. After reading dozens of testimonials from former Candida sufferers, I decided to test drive the e-book myself. Like so many people who have suffered with Candida for many years after trying dozens of remedies and self-help books, I approached this book with considerable skepticism. and for good reason. Amazon.com boasts 2,522 books on Candida so why would Linda Allen’s book hit a home run. Well, I am happy to report that Yeast Infection No More is a must read for anyone who is struggling with Candida overgrowth symptoms. Yeast Infection No More Review
Not selling products Unlike some Candida books which are nothing more than marketing platforms for selling expensive diet programs or Candida remedies, the primary focus of this book is to empower the reader with an education that will enable them to fight a winning battle with Candida. As Linda put it, “My only goal in writing this book was to help you reach your goals – to eliminate your yeast infection permanently and clear up all your confusion about the steps you are required to take to achieve that goal. If this book helps you succeed in eliminating your yeast infection, then this book is a success with or without the accolades.” Yeast Infection No More Review
An easy read It seems that Linda’s experience with Candida overgrowth influenced the writing, design and formatting of the book. Anyone who has lived with Candida overgrowth for a number of years knows that it can limit your concentration, mental perception and vision. It seems that she took all these factors into consideration when developing this book. The tone and writing style of the author is very conversational and free of head-jerking medical jargon so that you can breeze through the book at a pretty fast pace. The ample use of white space on each page (wide margins and generous line spacing) made it easier to scan the text making it less fatiguing to read on screen. You can easily devour this book in a weekend. Yeast Infection No More Review
A real education The book confirmed much of what I have already learned about Candida overgrowth over the years. What Linda Allen did with Yeast Infection No More was to put what I did know into the proper context and armed me with fresh insights into the body’s immune system and how to fine tune it to fight off Candida overgrowth. The self-test Candida symptom questionnaire featured in the book, where I scored a high 176, revealed that my Candida problem was systemic in nature. This for me was a real wake-up call that has motivated me to take more aggressive steps to bring this problem under control. The dietary and nutritional information in the book, unlike complicated food tables and meal planners found in other books, was easy to follow and understand. The author’s simple and easy-to-digest (excuse the pun) concepts on meal planning and diet help to take the guesswork out of eating healthy. Yeast Infection No More Review
Not just for Candida sufferers When you consider that the symptoms associated with Candida overgrowth cover a wide spectrum of health disorders, the principles and concepts presented in Yeast Infection No More would benefit anyone looking to live a healthier life. Yeast Infection No More Review
