If you are having audio issues, please follow these steps: Check that your mic is not muted or turned down Often volume control is on plastic piece on headset wire; volume and mute may be separate controls Check that the headset and speaker prongs are in the correct places in your computer sometimes they might be reversed Make sure that you do not have separate external speakers plugged in If you do, please unplug them Check that internal computer volume is not muted Start control panel sound & audio devices Go through Audio Setup Wizard in Elluminate Tools audio audio set-up wizard If your head set was plugged into front of computer, try plugging it into back of computer (or vice versa) and repeat Audio Setup Wizard

Application Sharing • Moderators can display any application or program on their computer with participants. • The Application Sharing window appears over top the Elluminate whiteboard.
To see the entire application sharing window: Click once the top grey bar. Then hover your mouse over the bar. A magnifying glass will appear. Click on the magnifying glass to zoom in or out. Click on the top grey bar to move the window. Resize the window by dragging the corner of the window.
