Prepare for Your First WebinarNote:You may need help from technical support and/or your network guru. • Connect your speakers, microphone and optional web cam. • A complete list of hardware and software requirements may be found at www.pdewebinars.org/sysrequirements.html • Download the software from the Elluminate Support link on the Webinar Home Page at www.pdewebinars.org • Port 80 and 2187 must be open • www.elluminate.com/support is the direct link • Visit the CCIU Test room at www.pdewebinars.org/testyourcomputer.htmto ensure your computer is ready to connect to the webinar server.

  3. Preparation Final Step 3. Test your Audio • Click on the Tools Menu • Choose the Audio Menu • Choose Set Up Audio Wizard • Follow the instructions on the screen

  4. PDE Sponsored Webinar Registration • Peruse the schedule on the PDE Webinar Home Page: www.pdewebinars.org • Click on the Register link or button • Complete the Registration form

  5. Webinar Participation • Locate the Webinar Description on the Webinar Home Page: www.pdewebinars.org 10-15 minutes before the start time • Click the Join button

  6. Joining the Webinar Sessionhttp://vclass.cciu.org 3. Click on Meeting Name (when room is live the meeting name will be blue, you may need to refresh your browser page) 4. Login Name: Enter your first and last name 5. Password: Unless you were given a password, there is NO password to enter.

  7. Session Audio Check Test your Audio • Click on the Tools Menu • Choose the Audio Menu • Choose Set Up Audio Wizard • Follow the instructions on the screen

  9. Click here to raise or lower your hand. Webinar Session Orientation • Raise your hand to ask a question during interactive sessions.

  12. Webinar Session Orientation Click on the microphone button to speak. Click the microphone button when you are through speaking to release the mic.

  14. Webinar Session Status • Leave Temporarily • Status: Connected • Disconnect/Leave
