  2. Fransis Vain served as a managing partner • Worked as the managing partner on movie “Mancation” • Created the LLC for production of the NJ/Philadelphia based Independent Film • Produced and directed the original Independent feature films “Mancation” and “Miss December”

Continue... • Worked to generate the initial capital and executed various fundraising campaigns • Negotiated the purchase and worldwide distribution of the films by Grindstone/Lionsgate films, Screen Media, and Kevin Smith’s Smodcast Productions • Considered it his sole responsibility to personally oversee and hire the cast and production crew
