SMART 21 Primary Objectives • Replace the existing outdated on-premise Human Resources and Financial Systems • Implement an integrated, highly efficient and flexible ERP Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution that meets the State of Nevada’s current and future needs • Implement the ERP SaaS solution in a manner that supports standardization of data and business processes Nevada Office of Project Management

Points to Remember • All work to satisfy the requirements in this RFP shall be performed within the United States of America. Any proposal that proposes work to be performed outside the United States is deemed non-responsive and will not be considered for award.Section 1.8.2 Key Contract Requirements • All State of Nevada data must reside only in the continental United States of America and not be transferred outside the continental United States.
